Hi all,

We are entering some backdated data.

While doing the goods issue to one of the order the system throws this message 'Deficit of SL Unrestr. prev. 0.XXX KG : XXXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX'

Please note the stock is available on that particular date. We have checked the same in MB5B.

Ours is pure MTS scenario also the material is not batch managed.

Any SAP note might help?

Kindly help to solve the mystery.

Plz check in which period you are issuing Goods if its in previous period then may be stock is in deficit in previous period and if you are doing in current perios plz check unrestricted stock may be some stock is in quality or blocked

Plz reverts back

I have checked the same in MB5B.

The stock is available in the unrestricted stock & that too ample of.

Can you please check if the stock for that material is currently available. If it not available then you wont be able to perform the posting.

Check whether reservation quantity exceeded than stock quantity.

On todys date also the stock is availbale ample of.

The reservation is less than the stock.

Dear,

It means that material unrestricted use stock is not available in that plant and storage location. may be stock availbe in Block stock, like quality inpection block stock, etc Plscheck stock through Tcode MMBE once again. Also see the stock status.

Can you please check whether in your system, availability check is being performed during 261? Please check in Requirement Vs current stock situation and see whether there is a deficit?

Please elaborate further.

Let me explain you again.

We faced this problem for three orders.

When I was working around the first order some how system let me post the data. Previously it was giving the error message.

I am in puzzle why system is behaving in such a manner?

Although whne I tried to work around the same for other two orders, it didn't let me do that.

Mannnn I am stucked.

I had employed each & every possible solution.

Please see that in OPPQ available stock selection..is given as all the three types of stock..

Hi,

Please check if there is any Qty is schd. for delivery. I was getting same error and found there was a reservation against delivery.

Are you using WM Integration? If so, the stock may be available in IM (MB5B), Please check whether they are available as unrestricted in LS24 also?

Is quality active on that material, if yes kindly check that when material is posted on unrestricted stock.
