You can use saftey stock method for this if you want to use minimum stock level or use stretgy 11 , not to use stock in planning.

Hi,
use safty stock field in material master mrp 2 view, make a safty stock of 100 , and exclude this stock for planning run.
so for the new requirement system will not consider this as a available one and will create new orders.
for more information on safety stock you can check on help.sap.com
Hope it will help you.
Regards
Ritesh

Hi,
You need to maintain safety stock as 100 in MRP views 2 in material master.
Make setting in OPJJ, include safety stock for Combination of Checking Group & Checking rule.
Hope this help you.
Check it & revert back.

Raja.

Sanjay,
You can use the concept of safety stock, make an entry in the material master in MRP view & in the t code OPJJ, select the combination of availabilty checking group & checking rule i.e. PP, click on details.
In the next screen, under stocks, unmark the 'safety stock' so that the value you entered in the material master won't be considered for material availabilty checking & your requireemnt can be fullfilled.
Make sure that the the same availabilty checking group either 01 or 02 for whioch you have made the settings should be entered in the material master in MRP 3 view.
Hope this helps you.
