New ticket in C4C via email to a generic ID

Hi,

Please let me know the possibility of creating a new ticket in C4C via email.

We would like to go with Generic email(System generated email id) for creating new tickets. Whenever a mail is received by this generic ID, a new ticket will be created and if possible an acknowledgement with the ticket number will be sent from this Generic ID. (cod.b2b.servicerequest@myxxxxxx.mail.crm.ondemand.com )

Does this require any additional enhancements?
