New ticket in C4C via email to a generic ID


Please let me know the possibility of creating a new ticket in C4C via email.

Some of the information is available in the below link

We would like to go with Generic email(System generated email id) for creating new tickets. Whenever a mail is received by this generic ID, a new ticket will be created and if possible an acknowledgement with the ticket number will be sent from this Generic ID. ( )

Does this require any additional enhancements?
