User is experiencing slowness when exporting data from SAP

Hi Experts,

User is experiencing slowness when exporting data from SAP. When he tried to save the data to local file(spread sheet) he is experiencing slowness. It's taking more than 30 mins. and throwing error message "load: class Query not found" in the bottom left corner of the browser. Here user(Retail store manager) is exporting data from URL.

Please guide me how to resolve the issue.
