Please help me in the following scenario
Lets say we have 4 attendance types
100
101
102
103
100 and 101 should be paid regular rate and 102 and 103 should be paid 1.5 times , i mean the overtime.
How can we do that.
Thanks
abs types and att types can have different P/T classes.
Just try the steps I have mentioned here in test system.
As you said that you already have 510S table configured so you mihgt not need to re-configure it again.
but you should specify these new wage types in the table 510s.

Sorry, its not t510s which is already configured but it is t555e, so i cannot do the steps which u defined like assign processing types for regular attendance as 50 and for overtime ones as 51 and the 10 02 50 1100 in pair type 1 and 1300 in pair type 3...that step i cannot define again, Any other method to do that?
Thanks
Hi
Venkat advised me to do the following:iv) now go to table T555Y and create a new entry with first column value 10 (the value obtained from step 2), put XX value got from step (iii) in the second column, put value 50 in the 3 rd column (P/T), then come to Pair 1 and pur S 1100 and leave pair type 2 blank ,put S 1300 in the 3 pair.
This is for regular time
But it is already there :
PSG Class P/T Pair type 2 Pair type 3
10 02 77 A ZZZ8 S ZZZ8
ZZZ8 is the time type to store the accrual hours....
I cant do the step advised by Venkat...or is there any method to do that without disturbing the already done configuration.....
Please help
Sagarika,
I was just giving step by step config to map attednaces with processing types.
You don't need disturb anything now.As I can see that Processing class time type class 77 is assgined to the regular att type.
And I think regular wage type is getting generated.
Now check the other attendance types which should generate 1.5 time of pay.and make sure that they have a different processing class/ time type class in the table V_554S_F.(other than 77.Then check table T555y for 10 02 XX the pair type 1 and pair type 3,they should have processing type M.Here XX is the P/T value from V_554S_F.
and then you need to configure/Check the configuration of 510S .
Sagarika,
You have to create the wage types with 150% as other experts explained.
You can generate wage types for attendances in two ways.
1.By using table configurations
2.By rules.
Table Config:
i).Set processing class /time type class for attendances in the table V_554S_F (in the last column)
in your case ,for example give 50 for att types 100 and 101 and 51 for 102 an 103.(make sure that 50 and 51 are not used for any other att types)
ii). Find the Per.sub area groupings for Time recording from table V_001P_H .Let it be 10 here for example. We need this number to set up the table t555Y.
iii) Find the T555Y table grouping from TMON rule from your schema. You cna get this from MODIF T=XX
here XX gives the value of the second clolumn of the table 555Y.
iv) now go to table T555Y and create a new entry with first column value 10 (the value obtained from step 2), put XX value got from step (iii) in the second column, put value 50 in the 3 rd column (P/T), then come to Pair 1 and pur S 1100 and leave pair type 2 blank ,put S 1300 in the 3 pair.
This is for regular time
v ) create another new entry with the same 1 st and 2 nd column values and put 51 in the P/T column.
put M 0041 and M 0041 in the first and 3rd pairs. You can leave pair type 2 blank.
After configuring table T555Y table now configure 510S table to generate the wage type.

First these attendance types has to be mapped to WTs-1200,1201,1202&1203, there two ways of doing it
1. Through T510S table and its other related table
Table T510S allows you to set up generation rules to generate wage types based on certain conditions
u2022The advantage of using this powerful tool is that it is flexible and no personnel calculation rules
are required to generate wage types via operation ADDZL
u2022If the business requirements to generate wage types are very complex and the decision
criteria available in table T510S are not sufficient, the creation of custom PCRu2019susing
operation ADDZL to generate wage types may be required!
How to Configure Table T510S?
1.Set correct u201Ctime wage type selection ruleu201Dgroup
2.Define processing types
3.Configure required wage types
4.Define generation rules
What are the Decision Variables?
1.Time wage type selection rule group
2.Day grouping
3.Valid processing types
4.Conditions for day
5.Conditions for time.
2. Through PCR for specific Att/Abs type move it to ZL table using ADDZL 1200
3. Create WT 1200 , 1201 copying from model WT - M800 for US and with Val basis as 100% in V_512w_o
4. Create WT 1202 , 1203 copying from model WT - M807 for US and with Val basis as 200% in V_512w_o

Hi,

Hi Sikindar,
We can refer either of the table.
V_512w_O is master view of Val basis, PC, CC..
V_512W_B is only for val basis.
But first you have create Att/Abs type to WT link!!
Thanks,
Amosha

One of the ways to do it is configure the wages types to pay at 1.5 or 2.0 times to pay.
In V_512W_0 you can define the rate as 150% or 200%.
