Hello experts,
I am creating a task catalogue for one division of the organization. Can I do this so that when I display tasks I can select to display only the ones I`ve create for this division and not every task created in the company.

I want lists of tasks that I can relate to jobs and positions. I'd like to organize it so that I don't have to see all the tasks for the entire company when I'm relating the tasks to the jobs and positions
When I set up the job for Heavy Equipment Operator I don't want to see all the admin tasks in the list to select from.
