Unable to Create DTP for 2LIS_02_ITM

Hi,

I am trying to create a DTP for moving data for 2LIS_02_ITM to 0PUR_C01. I receive the message "Source haven not beenl linked with a transformation. Do you wnat to generate default transformation? When I click Yes on the prompt another message box pops up with the message "Activation of Objects with Type Transformation". I click on green tick mark which takes me back to Creation of DTP screen. I click on Green Tick mark button and once again the message asking to generate default Transmission comes up I click on Yes again that brings up the message box with message "An exception has occured". This keeps happening and DTP or Transformation don't get created. It's a frustrating problem, any one has any ideas on what to do or look for. I will really appreciate any help I can get.
