BBp_PDHGP table question

This is probably a newbie question but I am looking at table bbp_pdhgp which has all the PO info. I was wondering how come the structure is not the same as in the badi bbp_po_change IT_ITEM data ?

Shouldnt it be the same because it is referencing the items on PO?
