We need to issue certificate of conformity to customer against product delivery? how to prepare the same in sap?

These are basic steps for this:

1. Create a certificate profile - QC01

2. Assign the certificate profile to ur Material and customer combination - QC15

3. Define the certificate recipient - VV21

4. Generate the certificate for the outbound delivery - QC20
