SOP & MRP linking

Hi, we have 4 different final products. we want to define 4 different prouct groups while planning with SOP for individual products. also wants to create 4 mrp groups to generate procurement. Now how to link individual prouct groups with related mrpgroups? pls mention req t-codes?

Hi,

1. You need to create first material master for final product in MM01.

2. Then create 4 MRP Groups in OPPR.

3. Create 4 Product group in MM01 with material type PROD,assign required MRP Group in MRP view 1.

4. Create Product group for your final product in MC86 as per your requirement.

after dng the settings create aplan in MC93 ,

make the veriona active in MC78and

then transfer the pla to demand mangement in MC75and there slectprod.plan for mat.or PGmembers as praportionate of PG and then

Run a MRP

Hi,

After all the setting done as other guru said, Use MC75 for Product group, MC74 for Material to transfer the requirement to Demand Planning (PIR), then run MRP as usual.
