Hello,
When Message is raised using transaction NOTIF_CREATE. even though we have given SAP_SUPPDESK_create authorisation to user and also sap_all
when we try to save the message. we get a error message "Business Partner XXX cannot be the reporter"
We are using SPS17... work center is working fine.. except few hickups which is mentioned in my previous posts.

Hi Shyam,
Besides giving the Authorization. you have to maintain the user details in business partner.
Define that user as extenal user with the installation number of the SAP system for which you want to create the ticket. Also maintain the client and user name in the same.
all this has to done in identification tab in the business partner(i.e user business partner).

Hi,
Have you maintain the entry for the system in the BP for the reporter
if you are posting a ticket for system A client 200 ,installation no XXXX Userid UID then
you need to maintain one entry in identification tab of general of BP for reporter
Goto BP in general role then identification tab
here..
choose CRM001 External System Identifier A XXXX 200 UID
