Bespoke Work Center Link Group not appearing in navigation

Hi CRM guru's.

I am trying to make a BI report appear under a new header in my navigation.

There is already a custom Work Center "Reports" (Z_REPORT) which shows to different link groups: SLS-MAR-RE and SLS-OPP-RE.

I have created a new link in transaction CRMC_UI_NBLINKS.

When I add this new link to one of the existing mail groups, I can set the link to visible in transaction CRMC_UI_PROFILE and the link appears in my navigation.

That works great.

However, now I am trying to create my own link group so I can customize the title.

I created a ZLS-MAR-RE link group and added the link. Then I set the link to visible in CRMC_UI_PROFILE.

Result: Nothing happens.

I have deleted cache and user buffer and logged on and off at least a dozen times but to no avail.

Does anybody now what I need to do to make my bespoke link group appear in my navigation?
