Approval Process

Good day!

I facing a problem now regarding to the Approval process,

here is my story,

1. two department, Sales and Purchase

2. when come to approval, Purchase department user, if they create SO, they will need to go through the approval process, which mean they need sales department user to approve. for Sales department user, if they create SO, they will not need to go through the approval. so this is the problem, without go through the approval, which mean purchase department user can overwrite the SO (which created by the Sales department user)

anyone have any idea how to prevent this happen?
