Dear,

I need to develop an xmlform using xml formbuilder.

Does the xml formbuilder contain functionality to limit the number of characters in a textarea without using a javascript and without manual editting the xml/xls files of the xml forms afterwards ?

Hi Dries,

As per your question the thing is possible in XML form Builder also, you can just define the character

limit in right side of the properties section afterthat you can restrcit the users form and give the define

character limit inside the form.

Here is the solution

Click on Text Box----> Right side size mention so put the define number limit.
