XY 2009 4 5 2 0 12

XY 2009 4 12 3 0 12

XY 2009 4 19 4 0 12

XY 2009 4 26 5 0 12

XY 2009 5 1 6 0 12

XY 2009 5 3 7 0 12

.

.

.

I am not sure if you are setting up the FYV correctly if the period is Sunday to Saturday next.

Also are you starting from 1 April of one year and moving to 31st March next year? That is not how the poriods in FYV are defined.

FV Year Mo Dy Period Year shift Posting period

    XY 2009 4 1 1 0 12 >> This is not a full period, but consists of Friday, Saturday

    XY 2009 4 5 2 0 12

    XY 2009 4 12 3 0 12

    XY 2009 4 19 4 0 12

XY 2009 4 26 5 0 12 >> This again is not a full period but from Sunday to Thursday next

    XY 2009 5 1 6 0 12 >> This is not a full period, but consists of Friday, Saturday

    XY 2009 5 3 7 0 12

    .

    .

    .

    XY 2009 12 27 78 0 12

Looks like you are modelling split weeks separate from full weekly periods starting from Sunday to Saturday

      Hi Somnath,

We are using FYV for Jan to Dec.

And this is the requirement as we need to split in FYV for week start from every 1st of the month till sat and go on and last week of the month ends on 30/31st. so that way i have created mentioned periods.

As we are using this in DP, so need the data for future 18-24 months, so what needs to be enter after 31st dec so that it will pick 1st week of jan next year.

      thanks for your help!

      Regards,

      Hitesh

I have maintained fiscal year for years from 2007 to 2011 and now it is working fine.
