REM MRP

Hai gurus,

In one of my REM MRP scenario, all the items in the BOM are available as the required stock.

But when I run MRP for the FERT material again the Purchase requistion is created again for

all the ROH items under the BOM of FERT

Eg: If the ROH stock qty is 100 nos again Pur .Req is created for another 100nos, but there is no

increase in the final fert qty.

How to correct this .

Dear,

What is your planning strategy? and MRP type?

MTO OR MTS

If you have in MTO then take MRP run again through MD02 with planning mode 3 Deleted and recreated.

and check the result.

Also check any MRP Exception message is there like 20?

1) The scenario is MTS.

2) stratergy used = 40.

3) under scope of check safety stock/quality stock and stock in transfer is included

check in MD61 is there any other independent requirement .

also check storage location details in BOM and material master as well as where the stock is present.

Run MRP with the option delet and recreate.

if again you will get addtional purchase requisition , check what are the details, quantity , account assignment.

check and revert back.

it means that system is not considering the avaolable stock , while doing the calculation.

check whats your planning type for procured component, is ther any safty stock ....?

what is the checking rule you attached to lower level component.....?
