Dear All,

For Availability control funds/WBS - an overall budget is made for a fund/WBS. How does this work for each year? Can all the budget be consumed in one year? How will the availability check take place?

Hi Gopa,

If you have an overall budget the budget can be consumed in one year.

You can use the Release Budget functionality in this case and release each year only the allowed budget for that year.

For example:

Original Budget will be $500.000 (overall budget for 5 years)

Released Budget this year will be $100.000 and next year you will release more $100.000

Then you will be able to consume only the released budget not the overall amount.
