Device table transactions

Hi,

I am trying to access the device table using the below T-codes, but getting "Transaction /AIN/DM_DEVCTR does not exist" message.

/AIN/DM_DEVCTR

/AIN/DM_DEVGRP

/AIN/DM_DEV

Could you please tell me, what I have to do to execute the above transactions.
