difference between Mb1b 541 Mov type and ME2O

I want to know difference between Mb1b 541 Mov type and ME2O.

Hi,

MB1B 541 can be used to transfer the material without delivery.

ME20 can be used to transfer the material with delivery. Here we can create delivery notes for the subcontracting components and then issue the material to vendor.

Now I want to take out put print in smart forms.

So can get it from me2o because it not generating material docuemnt.

Hi,

ME20 has 2 options one to directly transfer, that is without delivery. And, anotehr is with delivery.

Option 1 will create a material document in ME20 transaction.

With option 2 it will create a delivery note. you have issue the material in vl02n if delivery note is created and then material documetn will get generated.

hi,

MB1B is for transfer posting and ME2o is for stock of the material wrt vendor(its a report)

and 541 mvmt type is to give the stock to vendor..
