Unable to delete messages in the adapter engine with "Delivering" Status

Hi ,

We are unable to delete some messages in the adapter engine with "delivering"

status. These mesages have some valid errors in the audit log and we have corrected those errors and tried to resend those messages. but it did not work.we tried cancelled those messages but it did not work either. These are messages are struck in adapter engine.These are very old messages (4 months older). we are not sure these might be the reason we are unable to delete or resend

We checked the adapter locking and there were none. we restarted the File adapter service(all the messages related are file receiver adapter) and it did not work either. So the only bottleneck we are seeing here are the messages which are struck in "Delivering" status in the adapter.

We dont have any messages which are struck in SMQ1 / SMQ2.
