IR8A report

Dear Experts/Gurus,

I am facing the following issue.

My Singapore client has run PC00_M25_NCT8A u2013 New IR8A report for one of their staff Ms. xxxx (Pay Code 0001) the total gross salary and allowances does not include the May 09 amounts which they have just completed & also the Mayu201909 payroll was run on 22.05.09. The total salary & allowance reflects only up to Aprilu201909.

Please let me know why May09 amounts is not reflected in the IR8A report & guide me how to sort out this issue asap.

Hi,

Do you have payroll results for the month of May.

Have you selected the evaluation class 07 to your wage type in the table V_512W_D.

for reference:

have you generated the this program earlier, why i am asking if we are generated will find the might problem.

and select the exact parameter values when you are generating the program, if you dont have payroll result in the month of may, auotmatically system will take the last month results.

If already generated the program, delete the IR8A results from that IR8A table.

Check in fo type 0003 field accounted to if the date is 31.05.2009 or 30.04.2009. This date denotes up to what actual payroll has been exeucted.
