Is there any standard SAP program available which help me to change IDoc status from 52 to 53 without changing the IDoc number ?

Hi Experts,

I am working with SAP 4.6C version, thats why system doesn't allow me to see report "RC1_IDOC_SET_STATUS".

After using BD73 , I am getting an pop up message u2018No data could be selectedu2019.

With BD87, system throw an error message u2018The operation cannot be carried out with this node typeu2019.

Could anyone suggest me a proper solution which let me change IDoc status from 52 to 53 without changing the specific IDoc no. ?

Do a Direct change in EDIDS table. ( If the warning is negligible).

Hi Sai,

Did you mean by going to SE16N we can make some changes ?

If yes then there is option available to make any changes to the specific table EDIDS.

Hi All,

Let me give you a clear picture about IDoc status 52. When IDoc posted with an warning message the status shows as 52. Which implies the IDoc done its work successfully but with an warning message.

When I am trying with BD87, system throw an error message u2018The operation cannot be carried out with this node typeu2019.

Program u2018RBDMON00u2019 also throws the same error message mentioned above.

In SE38 report "RC1_IDOC_SET_STATUS" doesnu2019t exist.

So could you please suggest any other way I can reach my goal ?

You should be able to change the Status using the program RC1_IDOC_SET_STATUS if you are in version ECC 5.0 or 6.0

Just key in the IDoc # and give the present idoc status and the proposed idoc status.

Also try BD73.

Hi,

There is a report to change the status "RC1_IDOC_SET_STATUS" which enables you to change the status of the IDoc. Go to se 38 and execute it. Please note that IDoc number and the message type are mandatory. You can try to reprocess the IDoc in "bd87" aswell or you can manually post the Invoice and change the status using above reprt to "68".

HI,

If every thing fine in Idoc, then u can use BD87 t.code then reprocess that 52 status idoc. It will get processed and changed the status to 53 with out changing the idoc number..
