Hi Professionals,

Where to maintain Training record in HCM? Our employees took some trainings record do not exist in system. Should I create a Qualification catalog through OOQA and save trainings in IT0024? If yes, how to upload legacy data in bulk? I tried LSMW upload, but it do not work.

P.S if Training and Qualifications are the same things in HCM ?

To Record a Training, you should first define in the Training Group and Training Type (t-code ooc3), create the Trainings (t-code csv2), link the successful completion of that Training to the obtention of a Qualification, and then you can manage the participants to that training (t-code psv1).

Through t-code pa30, you can create an IT0024 for Qualifications, but these Qualifications must exist in the Catalog.
