Value in text edit

Hi,

I am using a TextEdit UI element. Based on the value of this UI element i have to display a message.

But if user does not enter any value then i am not able to check what it is taking.

I am using the following query:

lv_editor is INITIAL.

lv_editor is the value of the text edit.
