PCA Distribution Cycle - Significance of Indicator "Balance B/S Accounts"

When we define a PCA Distribution cycle we specify, whether the cycle shud perform

"Iterative" , "Cumulative" as Indicator,.

However, there is a check box which says "Balance Bal. Sheet Accounts" can anyone explain the use of the same.

HI,

if you do not set this indicator "only the balance changes in the current period are processed for the allocation."

if you set the indicator "the balances for balance sheet accounts beginning with period 0 of the relevant fiscal year up to the current period are totalled for the assessment or distribution. This makes sure that the real balance of the account is read."

This can be seen in F1-help for the field "Balance B/S accounts".

Thanks very much for your explanation. I understood better. I had problems in my F1 help in SAP so couldnt check.
