send mail failed after upgrade throuth a job

Hi all ,

there is a job which suppose to send mail , the function which is used is SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 . after we did upgrade from 4.6 to ECC6 the mail is not sent any more , does anyone have an idea ??

Check the log of that job.

Try to debug that job.

Hi Raquel,

Did you check the SCOT tcode for the SMTP configuration?? If not mention * under the Address Area of Internet.

If it is done, then it is possible that the recipient user is not mapped in the current system.

Check the same.
