ME55 (Selection Range)

Dear Experts,

Our client requirement is they are receiving several concerns over the selection range of ME55 report where in Release Code selection is available only for One but some managers have release access / authorization for multiple codes they require to go individually select every time single code, instead if any possibilities to provide the selection option by range (from u2013 to) similar to the release group, it will help them to select multiple selections at once or make variant for their authorized codes and check them time to time to release it.

If any possibles so please reply.

Hi,

You can have a variant for the same .Or you can develop a Z report to see the PRs pending with perticular user if you have assigned a user to multiple release codes.Get help of ABAPer to develop a report.

Your managers have got those codes into there authorization profile,Check it in the SU01 and in PFCG T. Codes.

Take basis team help,map a good sequence of profile and then assign the authorization profile to the managers.

No its not possible. I think there is no need to have range. You can map your need more correctly by authorization.

I think you mixed both.
