Annual budget exceeded

Hi,

I got the below mentioned error when i try to do AIBU from asset 2600000 (capital work in progress) to 4900000 (power plant):

Annual budget exceeded by 29,325,000.00 THB (FM PB Availability Control) for document item 00004

Message no. FMAVC005

Diagnosis

The annual budget is exceeded by 29,325,000.00 THB (FM PB Availability Control) for the document item 00004. Budget control on outgoing amounts ( ceiling type Expenditures) raised this message for the following combination of availability control ledger, fiscal year (and if applicable, year of cash effectivity) and control object:

9H/2009/CY/21066000/7130120

Please note that asset 2600000 & 4900000 pointing to cost centre 21063000.

In derivation, it was maintained 21063000 cost centre to 21063000 fund centre.

Why i get the error. Please advice.
