Web Shop admin and Quote change

Hello gurus

In ERP ECO 5.0 shop admin, we wish to enable quote change function but in both B2B BOB scnearios as soon as a quote is saved, only options that I see are to print the quote, transfer the quote to an order or close. How do I turn on change quote function. In Shop admin I see order change check box but no place to specifiy if quote can be changed or not. Is quote change not a standard function in ECO ERP 5.0?
