Custom Cumulation Wage Type

I would like to create a custom cumulation wage type with Y and K values. I want to be able to accumalate several wage type(s) and be able to keep track of this for all employee's. It could be up to 100 wage type(s) total and might have to maintain for new wage type(s).

Any suggestions on the easiest way to configure this and maintain this?

For example: we have five wage type(s) 2000,3000,4000,5000,6000 and want to cumulate the Y and K value in one wage type 9500. and we would want to have the ability to add more wage type(s) in the future. this will be only used for tracking purposes and no G/L postings.
