Crystal Reports for Customers and Partners

I was under the impression that all customers and partners had access to a restricted copy of Crystal Reports, however I can't find this anywhere. I found a download for Crystal Reports, but it was a temporary license. I thought we had access to a version that only sees Business One tables, but didn't expire.

One...Am I correct, should this be available?

Two...If so, where can I find this dowload?
