Index not created in database

Hi,

We need some guidance in creating indexes. Have created a table index with SE11. Chosen index, Non-unique, index on all databases.

When details are displayed the following message appears "Index does not exist in in database system". Which steps should be proceeded to create the index in DB? And what's the purpose if it's not created in DB?

What's the difference between creating indexes with tcode SE14 and SE11?

try to use DB02 to create that index in db
