Has anyone tried to use the CRM 7.0 Data Quality Check function? I reviewed the video clip SAP CRM 7.0 - Integrated Duplicate Check, however it didn't mention what the data is being checked against. I understand you can use single records, profiles, target groups, and periodically planned tasks, however what is the criteria by which the data is checked? Is it simply checked for duplicates? Does it validate street addresses? What about email addresses?
I have searched and searched for more information. Has anyone found anything? We are upgrading to CRM 7.0 very shortly, however we would like to be able to get our hands around the SAP delivered Data Quality Check or start looking elsewhere if it is not going to provide us what we need.
