Version 11 Runtime Access Denied on other users

I am using crystal reports to run reports. I only have one issue, when I log onto my xp pro workstation - install the crystal runtime version 11 - everthing works fine.

But if another user logs on my same workstation they get "Access Denied" when try to run the same reports.

I recall with the 8.5 runtime installation there was a choice to install for ALL users or just SELF. This version 11 doesnt have that option.

Are there some DLL's I can register for the user?

Is there a switch for the install shield that will run for all users?
