Howe to include custome validation on form scenario steps

Hi,

I am new to HCM forms, I created a generic service validation routine for several custom HR forms. How and where do I include the validation routine which contain several fields to the various forms?

I would like it processed with the check and send??? Is it in the form scenarios?? Should I have created a backend service?
