Hi,
If there are any errors in the workflow, the user is not notified. But sometimes the user get the mail and sometimes donu2019t.
I checked in SCOT, SOST --
Msg - 672 - Still no entry in queue
Wait for communications service
Please help & suggest. Sometimes the mail reach the user & sometimes don't (as above message).

Hi,
1) Goto T.code SBWP
2) Create "New Message" and send mail to external id
3) Then Goto T.code SOST and select the email and press Execute
4) Check your email id.If it comes fine
Then the SCOT configuration has to be check with Basis Team.
