MB51 t-code

Hi All,

After running report MB51 I got usual report . If I click on a material document no. it will take me to material document created in MIGO but for some of the material document it take me different screen. Why this happens can anybody let me know ?

mb51 shows all types of material documents for different goods movements.

It depends upon movement types and transaction you did.

If you did migo with 101 movement type then on display this document only.

For different transaction the screen may be different

Hi,

It gives u full report for a particular Document Type.

It is depend upon the movement type .....that gives u a particular Screen.

Check wether that Movement type is assigned to MIGO or not.

Movement type is also same .One document is archived and one is not .Is it the reason which differ the overview?

It is a material document only but not with information like in other one . diff between 2 mat doc is one is archived and one is not ,is it a reason to cause this .Please reply

Dear,

In the selection screen of MB51 transaction code .In data source if you selected both data base and reread short docs in archive then it will display both the material documents.
