Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

I have configured table T706P, I want to test the new entries added.

Please let me know where can I see the option to specify the distance travelled in a trip. So that I can test the scenario.

Hi,

In trip, you can find under mileage and reimbursement tab, where you can enter no of KM travelled by the employee.

Thanks,

For example we have the below mentioned cumulative rates,

1. 0 to 1000KM - 1$ per KM

2.1001 to 2000KM - 2$ per KM

If employee entered 1500KM in a single trip, the system will automatically calculate 2000$ (1000+(500*2)).

If employee entered 10 trips and each trip he has travelled 150KM in a month. But system will not add the no.of KM travelled for each trip.He will get reimbursement for 150KM travelled for each rip.

Thanks,

Hi,

As per standard SAP KM/Miles can be cumulated monthly or yearly. But the no.of KM travelled by the employee can be cumulated in only one trip. For example, If emp travelled upto 1000 KM (1$ per KM), if emp travelled 1000KM to 2000KM (2$ per KM). If trip is created for 1500KM travelled the reimbursement rate is 2000$. But if we create multiple trips, the no of KM travelled for each trip cannot be cumulated. Pl let me know if your not understood.

Thanks,
