SAPCCMSR agent on DB server in cluster environment

Hi,

Our sap is on ecc 6 on ibm aix cluster, i want to configure CCMSAGNET on DB server, i have executed the sapccmsr agnet on /usr/sap/ccms/sapccmsr. what are the furthur steops & also kindly explain me which agent runs to get the data on DB server

Is sapccmsr completely registered and installed with CEN now ?

further you can activate some advanced functions shown in below link. http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/EN/4d/0681aaf49ca24aa3a366b24c8805d6/content.htm

and this sapccmsr agent will help you to monitor the OS specific things of db server like filesystem etc. you can monitor these things now in RZ20 in CEN system. and then you can activate auto-reaction emails from CEN sytem to get the alerts via mail.

for actual DB monitoring, you might want to go through this Note, you have to activate the monitoring in DBACOCKPIT in CEN system.

'shared disk' ? please elaborate what you are trying to do
