What is the basic system landscape in CRM to integrates SAP CRM CIC with third party Telephone System (PBX)
Apart of main Telephony system what other Hardware & Software required from Client side for CTI Integration.
What is the difference between SAPPHONE and ICI?,
what are the necessary configurations in SAP CRM to enable these interfaces for CTI integration.
What is the use of CMS software, who will provide this service, in which system we have to install this CMS software, like SAP CRM or Telephony system.
What are all other prerequisites for successful CTI Integration?
