Mqtt broker and Database for IoT

help me for some my issue:

first : Mqtt need a Broker but i can't find broker on sap hana, where i can get it ?, just have Mqtt Adapter but need purchase, so help me a document base on that i can build a IoT system complete ?

second : if i have application install on device will send data to IoT- MMS service how can i register for all that device, because trial account i must register step by step handmade for each device ?

thirst : Can i create new database and store message to that database ? because with trial account when i request to IoT-MMS will store all at SYSTEM database auto created i can't custom it .

final : If i have application i must be upload public to app store or sap hana will support service to public application ?
