I am new to CRM and I need some help regarding the some PDF documents for the new version of CRM 6.0 or 2007. Any website where we could download these materials.

CR300 u2013 CRM Sales

CR410 u2013 CRM Interaction Center Web Client

CR500 u2013 CRM Middleware

CR580 u2013 SAP CRM User Interface

Hi,

Basically all the PDF'S you have asked for are copyright material of SAP and transfer of such documents is not allowed officially.

Generally all the documents you have asked for including (CR100(Basics)) are covered in by SAP in Help portal provided by SAP,it covers all the topics throughly as well as provides you an onset on the new devlopments carried out in the new versions.
