Shelf life and room temp

Hi, a pharma product needs to maintain two factors ie. shelf life and room temperature time. when the medicine is taken out from the freezer, need to be utilized within a total time of 2 hrs. where as the shelf life for this medcine is 3 months. if medicine is taken out for one day for 10 minutes and then remaining medicine is returned to freezer. every time we take out, the total time that we kept outside the freezer should not exceed 2 hrs for the consumption of complete medicine. if it exceeds more than 2 hrs rt time or shelf life of 3 mnths, the medicine needs to be scraped.any suggestion to maintain both rt time and shelf life for any product?
