Hi,
The issue was reported by a Purchasing assistant who needs to buy products for more than one company code.
Her main ID is E15471.
Now to use the shop on behalf funcionality, another ID was created. It is E15471UKBRC
She is logging to the system using her main id (E15471), and then she goes to the shop on behalf button to select the new user ID. However she doesn´t find anyone in the shopping-for function in SRM.
I already added the attributes requester in ppoma_bbp. But I`m not sure that it is right. I have added the following value:
USE15471UKBRC
I am not able to see the source code, because I am not the user and I don´t have the access.
Is there something else I need to add?
Please help. Thanks in advance and best regards
Hi
For eg.
USE15471UKBRC user wants to buy for other people like LUPA , DAVE, MUTH users
first she must be assigned to organisation structure via users_gen .
second by position wise you can maintain requesitioner attribute value as O 5000007
for eg O 5000007 dept contains these three user LUPA , DAVE, MUTH .
now this user USE15471UKBRC can log in srm go to shop behalf of and search for lupa, dave and muthu
and purchase for them.
please correct me i were wrong.
muthu
