Is there an easy way to document all the user / group rights? I have found some downloads from BOB, but they are only for 3.0.

Or is there a way to get a listing of all the rights so I can manually create my documentation?

Hi Frank

I would like to suggest you folowing things:

1) Please log in to CMC of BOEXIR3.0 using user account Administrator of Enterprise.

2) Click on Query Result.

3) Then right click on Security Queries >> Create Security Query.

4) Select the user for which access to be viewed. It will show the Net Access for that user.

You could document these rights shown for objects present in the sections in CMC.

Important Information : It shows the rights for the objects present in the sections seen in CMC.

This is the way to look at the rights at a time for a particular user.

Thanks. However this is not what I need. I want to document the rights we are assigning to each group / application.

Hi,

If you want a list of all rights available in CMC, then go to access levels tab in CMC and there copy all available access levels based on application vise and others also. so that it will be help full for you to document using that.

Can please refer to BOE Administration Guide for XI 3.1 . There you can have a clear idea about the Rights.
