Our service desk is implemented... We can open support messages from ECC and Portal, for example.

We create a structure into ppoma_crm transaction... but how can I use this?! Where can I configure my tickets to they follows this structure?
Into PFAC transaction, I associate my components to my users, right?! If yes, what I need to do, to my users is really be associated with the correct components, and this tickets goes to the right queue?
