Removing a shadow instance manually

SUM SP18 PL2 upgrade of Solution Manager 7.1 to 7.2 failed to deploy the java stack after adding requested patches missing from the Maintenance Planner download. SUM was reset and restarted only the reset and clean up DID NOT remove the shadow instance.

The dual stack html ALSO DOES NOT WORK and I receive http 404.

Please could someone tell me the specific STEPS to remove the Shadown Instance, as this is my ONLY option now.
