Hello,

I updated my reference customer, the the sales área was not, how can I update the sales área or include more to this reference customer.

Hi David,

Let me know about that your landscape is standalone or R/3 backend system and which version u r using.

If R/3 backend system is connected you have to generate the org structure

pathImg-Customer Relationship ManagementMaster DataOrganizational ManagementData Transfer--Copy SAP ECC Sales Structure or t-code crmc_r3_org_generate

Then go to the t-code --crmc_bupa_consum you can see the reference customer.

In fact,

I first had to Update the sales area

Then update the reference partner in BP transaction "Account Role"

Then I was able to see the sales área in the CRMC_BUPA_CONSUM - Maintain reference business partner

The I execute the CRM_BUPA_REF_BP_ADAPT_CHANGES to adapt the changes in R/3

But I recieved a message to execute this other report, is it necessary ?

"CRM_MKTBP_ZCACL_UPDATE_30"

Hi David,

Goto-SA38 then give this Report Name CRM_MKTBP_ZCACL_UPDATE_30 and choose execute(F8)

A report has to be executed to changeover the customer classification from former CRM releases.

This report has to be executed once even in case of a new installed CRM system

Otherwise error messages during business partner processing will occur.

It has to be executed at this time because otherwise the business partners which are related to the organizational units are not created correctly

Hi David,

Sales Area never gets downloaded with the refrence customer. Once the ref customer is downloaded you have to maintain it in CRM through the normal BP->Sales Area data screen.
