Migration of SQL Server to a Separate server

Dear Gurus,

We would like to move the MS SQL database to a separate server and use the current server as application layer.

Please suggest the simplest method to Migrate the database. Versions are same , However , the new server OS is 64 bit, current OS version is 32 bit.
