In left part of screen Click Drop Down arrow SAP Business One Products,Click updates,

Click SAP Business One 2007 > click SAP Business One 2007B> click Win32 -->

In downloads tab --> Select Required patch level ---> Download

The thread that you forwarded has details for the upgradation process. We are SAP Channel Partners. I have the User Id and Password but am not able to find the exact link to download SAP B1 2007B.
